Health Care Insurance
We offer three medical and two dental plan options, enabling eligible employees to select a customized plan that’s right for them. Also included in the Health Care Insurance portfolio is coverage for Vision, Long-Term Disability, and Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance.
Employee Voluntary Benefits
A variety of supplemental insurances are available for employees and their dependents at varying costs based on the coverage selected. These include Supplemental Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, Dependent Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, and Short-Term Disability. The option to enhance your benefits package by electing our 401K plan, Flexible Spending Account, and Pre-Paid Legal Services is available as well.
Paid Time Off - Paid Sick Leave - Holidays
New full-time employees accrue three weeks of Paid Time Off per year. The PTO accrual amount increases after 2 years and 5 years of service, and an additional bonus week is provided on your 10-year anniversary! Full-time employees also accrue seven days of paid sick leave each year. In addition, all U.S employees enjoy eight paid holidays annually.
Learning & Development
Vision Solutions promotes life-long learning and development by offering tuition reimbursement via our Educational Assistance Program, training opportunities and resources, and challenging work assignments. In addition to career growth through achievement of key business objectives, we also support employees with their individual learning goals through two tandem programs: our annual performance management process and each employee’s Individual Development Plan.
Matching Gifts Program
One of Vision Solutions’ Core Values is being Conscientious Citizens: Caring for our world through volunteerism, conservation and charity. Vision supports the communities in which its employees live and work, and respects and reinforces their charitable giving. The Vision Solutions Matching Gifts Program was created to achieve these objectives. When an employee makes a personal contribution to an eligible institution, Vision will also send a matching donation, potentially doubling the employee's contribution!
Employee Events and Activities
We understand that employees don’t just show up to work – camaraderie is an important element to building effective teams. Each of Vision’s major office sites coordinate activities that are of interest to the employees in the location. Special events to support health and wellness initiatives, charitable interests, and other forms of employee recognition are valued activities. Company-wide on a quarterly basis, we provide an employee newsletter, as well as an all-employee meeting where we share progress and plans, recognize and celebrate successes, and offer an open forum for employee questions.
